General Description
QX7135 is a constant current regulator for LED driver with low quiescent current and low dropout voltage. The output current ranges from 100mA to 380mA with 10mA step.
In addition to LEDs, QX7135 need not other external components to work normally.
QX7135 includes Soft-start Circuit, Thermal Protection Circuit, Bandgap Circuit, UVLO Protection and Short Circuit Protection.
QX7135 adopts SOT89-3 package
